Learn MoreJamestown’s clay-heavy soils and humidity swings can push posts and frames out of square over time, which shows up as wavy mesh, sticking screen doors, and gaps at corners. We troubleshoot the cause first, then correct alignment, tighten spans, and rebuild weak points so the screening system stays taut and closes cleanly.
Our crews handle porch, patio, and lanai screening using aluminum and pressure-treated framing where appropriate, plus durable mesh options like fiberglass, aluminum, solar screen, and pet-resistant (vinyl-coated polyester) screen. For comfort and durability, we use proper spline sizing, UV-stable screen gasket material when specified, corrosion-resistant fasteners, and clean trim details that shed water instead of trapping it.
You get a clear scope and a free written estimate, then we schedule around your availability and protect the work area during install. Most repairs are completed with on-site rescreening using spline rollers, miter and cut tools for tight corners, and careful tensioning to prevent ripples and early pull-out.
Expect straightforward communication, tidy punch-list completion, and a finished enclosure that looks right and functions right, including smooth-latching screen doors and consistent reveals. If your project involves electrical, roof tie-ins, or structural framing beyond screening, we will flag it early and coordinate the right next step so the job stays compliant and predictable.
